Rock And Roll Photo Gallery has a 15-day return/exchange policy on all items, domestic orders only. All returns are for credit with Rock And Roll Photo Gallery only. We guarantee your order against damage that may occur during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, you should refuse delivery and contact us immediately so that we may begin a damage claim with FedEX. You can contact us either via email or by phone at 970-927-0320. You will be given instructions regarding this process, and the damaged items will be reimbursed or replaced once the claim has been finalized.
To return or exchange an item you must contact us within 15 days of receiving your shipment. We will give you an RA (Return Authorization) number that is required for all returns or exchanges. Please ensure that the RA number we give you is clearly marked on the outside of your shipping box.
Returns/exchanges will only be accepted in the original packaging materials and in the same condition in which it left our gallery. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommended that you return the shipment via FedEX or another certified courier that can track your package with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and recommend you insure your shipment. All items returned for credit or exchange must be received in the original condition in which they were shipped by Rock And Roll Photo Gallery. Subsequent to inspection, a return credit to an account can take up to 30 days.
Should an exchange be possible (based on product availability), after receipt and inspection of the returned item the exchanged item will be shipped.
International Customers, Please Note: International Customers are subject to their respective country’s customs fees, including Country and/or Province taxes, duty fees based on the value of goods purchased, and Customs Brokerage Fees. Customs Fees assessed on purchased goods are based upon the laws of the respective country, and Rock And Roll Photo Gallery has no control over these charges. It is your responsibility to comply with these laws and to pay these fees if they are billed to you by your country or by FedEX.
We will not accept any returns from outside of the United States. We will not refund any lost orders outside of the United States. We will, however, file a claim with FedEX and will refund applicable monies to you only when and if we receive payment from FedEX.
